This blog has been burbling on for a while now and I think it’s time for a revamp. For various reasons, my military and civilian jobs have come into an unusual alignment and I’m now in a position to focus completely on writing, photography and, in a bit of a departure, film-making. Great for me because those are the things I love doing but perhaps a bit more of a trial for you, dear readers, if you find yourselves reading it. Still, into every life a little rain must fall.
So anyway, let’s go!
The picture above, btw, was shot in October in Oman when I was there for Exercise Saif Sareea 3. It’s a Challenger 2 MBT of Cyclops Squadron, the Royal Tank Regiment.
